Richard Clements, BA, MA, Assoc CIPD, is the owner and founder of Clear Cut Selection and has extensive UK and international experience advising on and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of industries and sectors. Richard now works full time as an interview coach, and has a superb track record of empowering candidates to get the job they really want through performance enhancing interview and communication coaching.
Shortly after graduating with a degree in Communication Studies, Richard moved into a career in Human Resources, specialising in managing the full internal recruitment life-cycle. Richard gained valuable experience identifying, interviewing and placing top-talent into a variety of prestigious organisations, including The Guardian, global asset management firm Insight Investment and the UK’s fifth and sixth largest accountancy firms, BDO and Grant Thornton. Richard continued to develop his HR career overseas with roles in Melbourne and Sydney before returning to the UK to study full-time for his Masters in Human Resource Management. Upon completion of his Masters, Richard returned to managing recruitment functions once again, this time in two new areas - Not-for-Profit and E-commerce.

How it Works
As part of our interview skills training, we discuss the range of roles that you are seeking, or a specific role if you are already in the application process.
I create an individually tailored coaching session or, if you wish, a mock interview.
Your confidence and performance improves as we practice and develop your skills.
We don't ask for payment first. You choose the number and type of sessions you want and pay once your sessions are completed.
Interview Coaching UK
Richard dedicates his time exclusively to coaching for interviews. He offers interview coaching UK and worldwide. His one to one interview coaching and mock interviews sessions are conducted via Skype, FaceTime or telephone, so they can be scheduled to suit you. This business model allows for lower overheads, making it possible to pass these savings onto you. In addition to helping hundreds of clients in the UK, Richard has supported clients internationally throughout Europe and as far afield as Australia.

Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) - the UK's only officially recognised body for Human Resources Professionals.
Volunteer mentor for the CIPD Steps Ahead Mentoring Scheme - helping young people and return to work parents and carers achieve their career goals.
Nine years international experience within Human Resources teams advising on and managing the full recruitment process.
