About Richard Clements
Owner and Founder of Clear Cut Selection
Richard Clements is a CIPD-qualified Human Resources professional with an International Coaching Federation accredited Diploma in Integrative Coaching. He has a Masters in Human Resource Management, a degree in Communications Studies and five years experience of coaching, consulting and mentoring hundreds of clients to overcome their limitations, increase their confidence and achieve their personal and professional goals. Richard has previously coached his own colleagues during periods of redundancy and transformation and acts as a volunteer career and employability skills mentor for the CIPD Steps Ahead Scheme, helping young people achieve their job and career goals.

Pricing
Coaching sessions are priced at £100 per hour
Our coaching and consulting services are bespoke and personally tailored and take place via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, Skype or phone. We begin with a free, 30 minute consultation call, to establish how we can help you.
Packages of three, six and ten hours are also available.
Support via email for the duration of your time with us.
